"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets...

"We were going to Vigo but prices were through the sky, so we decided to stay in this town known for its spa & hot water springs. The weather was hot, so the fact that they had a pool was appealing. The hotel also serves as a summer-camp/school for youth and a function venue for weddings, etc. OK, the room wasn't air-conditioned, big deal. We were on the shady side of the building. "We have just returned from our second holiday at this beautiful apartment in the gorgeous historic Grand Hotel in Mondariz Balneario (and I’m sure we will be back again). As we already knew, the apartment is perfectly situated with excellent onsite facilities, especially the pool!! and every amenity (shop, cafes, restaurants, bars etc) within easy walking distance. "Estuvimos de vacaciones familiares y el alojamiento estaba muy bien acondicionado y preparado y muy cómodo. El apartamento es amplio. Como único comentario sería revisar vajilla y utensilios de cocina, si bien había de todo. El complejo con la piscina igualmente era muy agradable y la ubicación muy buena para hacer excursiones. El balneario está al lado y merece la pena ir a conocerlo. La comunicación antes de (y durante) nuestra estancia muy buena en todo momento."
